Can you offer a product price match?
Plumb Arena monitor our prices on a regular basis to keep us competitive. However, should you find a like for like product at a lower price we will endeavour to match or beat the price where possible.

Plumb Arena will be happy to assist with pre-purchase technical questions where possible. However if you are unsure of product suitability etc. please contact the relevant manufacturer direct, your Gas Safe Registered engineer or other suitably qualified and competent person.
To identify boiler spares please have your boiler G.C. Number where possible.

To find out stock availability please contact Plumb Arena by telephone on 0845 528 0777 (local Rate) or email sales@plumbarena.co.uk
Plumb Arena aim to keep the majority of our online product catalogue in stock at our branch in Stoke on Trent (Staffs) or held in national distribution centres. Standard lead times from our distribution centre to a local branch is 1 to 2 working days* with the goods being available for delivery to you within 3 to 5 working days*.
If the item you require is urgent we advise you contact us on 0845 528 0777 or email us on sales@plumbarena.co.uk to check the requested product lead time.
* For orders placed after 3pm or at weekends please allow an additional working day.
Important: We recommend that you do not arrange the installation of your order until all items have been delivered and checked. Plumbarena will not be liable for any costs incurred, if goods are not checked before an installer has been arranged.

What are your delivery lead times ?
We aim to deliver a majority of our items within 3 working days (if not sooner). If the item needs to be ordered from a manufacture the lead time may be extended.

Boiler Spares - 90% of spares are shipped on a next working day service*
Boilers - 2/3 Working days
Controls - 2/3 Working days
Water Treatment - 2/3 Working Days
Abacus Vessini products- 1/2 Working Days
Macerator Pumps- 2/3 Working Days
*The product must be ordered before 2PM to qualify for next working day delivery

How do I pay ?
For all telephone and online orders we take payment with order. We accept the following Debit and Credit card payment methods online or via telephone - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Paypal (Paypal payments can only be accepted online only)
We can accept payments Via cheque sent direct to the below address. However, goods will not be dispatched until payments have cleared.

Delivery is charged £5.92 + VAT for all UK (England, Wales & Southern Scotland) for orders under the value of £100 Ex VAT
Please Note: Delivery to Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and offshore islands may be subject to a delivery surcharge.
