Todays Tools "That Rapid Blue Stuff" Anaerobic Sealant (50ml) is a WRAS-approved, one-part, threaded sealant adhesive that is ideally suited for use in areas where resistance to vibration is required e.g. refrigerators and compressors. Designed to provide an extremely strong bond with high setting speed (even in cold temperatures) on metal-metal and plastic-metal threaded connectors (in the absence of oxygen) without the need to flux, solder or heat.
'That Blue Stuff' will keep its sealing properties against shocks and vibrations long after application and will prevent the loosening of nuts and bolts as well as corrosion, with the ability to be disassembled by hand tools. This clever non-drip formulation is often seen used on the threaded connectors of vehicles and power tools and close-fitting pipe threads where a variety of grease, oil, water and chemicals pass.
